Paul came to see us after a disastrous visit from a leading DIY shop that wanted to design our kitchen, after repeatedly being told that we could not have what we wanted we had expected the same from Paul, however we could not have been more wrong, he took the time to listen to what we really wanted, went away and designed the perfect kitchen that we had dreamed of.
